Small batches, easy changes
Each intake is a batch with its own dates, timings, trainer and capacity. When a workshop slot moves, you change the batch, and the students enrolled in it stay attached. Enrolling someone into the next batch when they miss one is straightforward and their profile stays intact.
Walk-ins and calls, tracked
Most of your admissions start with a phone call or a visit. Log each enquiry on the lead board, note what the person is interested in, set a follow-up and mark how warm the lead is. Honest fee records
Take payment in cash or by UPI/QR and issue a numbered receipt for each payment. Instalments, refunds and credit notes are all recorded against the student, so you always know the balance without going through a register. Instione does not process online payments; it records what you collect.
The right access for each person
Give your front-desk person access to enquiries and fees, and your trainers access only to their own batches. The owner sees everything. If you open a second centre, both can live in one account with separate data.
