Feature
Enrol students into batches with confidence
Join students to batches, respect capacity, and keep a full enrolment history.
Highlights
Enrol into a batch
Join a student to a batch with a roll number in a few clicks.
Capacity respected
A batch that is full will not accept another student.
Transfer and drop with a reason
Move or drop a student and keep the reason on record.
Full history
A student in two batches has two enrolments. Nothing is overwritten.
Enrolment is the moment a student joins a batch. It is the hinge of the whole system, because fees and progress hang off it. Instione makes it quick and keeps an honest record.
Enrol in a few clicks
Pick the student and the batch, and the enrolment is created with a roll number. The student now appears on the batch roster, and you can see their enrolments from their own record. Front-desk staff can do this without needing admin access.
Capacity is enforced
Each batch has a capacity. If it is full, Instione stops the enrolment, so you never discover on day one that you promised seats you do not have.
A status for every stage
An enrolment moves through clear statuses such as enrolled, active, completed, dropped or transferred. You can filter a roster by status to see who is still attending and who has left.
Transfers and drops keep history
Sometimes a student changes batch or leaves. Record the transfer or drop together with the reason. The old enrolment stays in the history and a new one is created for a transfer. If a student takes two courses, they simply have two enrolments. Nothing is overwritten, so you can always answer the question of what happened.
Connected to fees and admissions
Enrolment is where a fee plan is agreed for the student; see fees and receipts. It is also the end of the admissions journey: a lead that joins can be converted straight into a student and enrolled. Read more about the admissions CRM and how it fits coaching centres.
A student’s enrolment history is useful later too. When a former student returns for a second course, you can see what they took before and how it ended.
Batches are created first, so start with batch scheduling if you have not set one up yet.
