The schedule is kept in one place, so the lab timetable is easy to read and double-booking a room or an instructor becomes something you notice before students turn up.
Enrolment and mid-course joiners

Fee receipts you can reprint
Record cash and UPI/QR payments instalment by instalment. Every payment gets its own sequentially numbered receipt, GST is shown as an estimated CGST/SGST/IGST split, and refunds and credit notes are tracked cleanly. A student asking for a duplicate receipt next year is a search, not a hunt.
See what is working
