Sub-processors
To run Instione we rely on a small number of trusted service providers. For our website and our own records they act as our processors; for your institute’s records in the app they are sub-processors under our Data Processing Addendum. Each is bound by a written contract that requires it to protect personal data and use it only to provide its service to us.

The app and your institute’s database run in Singapore; uploaded files are stored in India (Mumbai). Some supporting services (email and analytics) process data in the United States; our demo scheduling service, Cal ID, is run from India and may hold some data outside India. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle transfers outside India.
Cal ID is used only if you book a demo with us; it does not receive your institute’s records. Cloudflare also provides Turnstile, the bot check on our contact form.
Changes to this list
Before we add or replace a sub-processor that will process your institute’s personal data, we will update this page and give your account’s administrators notice by email at least 30 days in advance. You can object on reasonable data protection grounds by writing to [email protected] within that period, as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
This page’s version and effective date are shown at the top, and every change is kept in our records.
